1. UK-2 is used for following operations:
- For filling air of valves and pressurized vessels;
- For creation of air pressure and compression of air up to 2850 psi (200 bars);
- For pneumatic tests of pipeline valves and pressurized vessels;
- For pneumatic tests and adjustment of safety (relief) valve.

3. UK-2 included:
- Air compressor;
- Tanks (storage system) volume is 150 liters (3 tank by 50 liters everyone) for pressure up to 2850 psi (200 bars);
- Control panel used for control of testing process (included monometers, gauges, warning indication, condensate collector, tubes, fittings );
- Bed plate;
- Tubes.
4. Control of testing:
- on manometer, on device of indicator for measurement of leakages and visual.
5. Control panel has all necessary gauges for measurement and control of testing .
6. All metal details contacting with water are protected from corrosion.
7. Ambient temperature: +1 up to +40 Ñ °.
8. You must need for test bench of following:
- Inlet water with pressure 1,5 bar (21 psi);
- Electric power supply 380V, 50 Hz. |
