Test bench SI-7 is used for make of hydraulic and pneumatic tests of valve according to followings:
1. Maximal clamping force is 500 ton.
2. Type of valves: Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Butterfly Valve, Plug Valve, Ball Valve.
3. Size of valve according to maximum test pressure:

SI-7 included: - Test bench;
- Pneumatic and hydraulic station used for creation of high pressure of water test up to 300 bar and air test up to 6 bar, and measurement of test results; - Pump station is source of pressure which used for work of hydraulics of test bench; - Control panel with digital monometers used for control of testing process; - Circulation water supply system used for independent support of testing process in necessary volume of water with corrosion inhibitor;
- Electric box; - Complete set of caps.
4. Test bench is used for following operations: - Shell test (strength test and hardness test) with water, maximum test pressure up to 300 bar (4275 psi) ; - Shell test (strength test and hardness test) with air, maximum test pressure up to 6 bar (85 psi); - Seat test (leakage test) with water of seat, gland seal and gasket joint, maximum test pressure up to 300 bar (4275 psi) ; - Seat test (leakage test) with air, maximum test pressure up to 6 bar (85 psi).
5. Test bench makes testing of valve according to standards: API 598, DIN EN 12266, ISO 5208, ASTM E 1003.
6. Type of valve connection: flange and welded (Please specify type of connection valves according to each DN valve).
7. Size of test pressure:
- Body test (strength test and hardness test) with water: pressure test = 1,5
up to
2 x ÐN ; - Seat test (leakage test) with water: pressure test = 1,1 x ÐN ; - Seat test (leakage test) with air: pressure test = 6 bar (85 psi).
8. Control of testing: - At test with water - on digital manometer of pump station, on falling drops in dropper on pump station and visual; - At test with air - on digital manometer of pump station, on device of indicator for measurement of leakages on pump station and visual.
9. Kind of test bench: horizontal.
10. Type of clamp : Horizontal bilateral clamp between tables without deformation of valve body at test (We use of self-sealing caps):
11. Process of testing: - Loading/unloading of valve on test bench: manual OR your crane - Clamp of valve: automatic - Feeding a test pressure: automatic - Monitoring and measurement of test results: digital monometer, visual.
12. Control panel has all necessary devices for measurement and control of testing .
13. All metal details contacting with water are protected from corrosion.
