Test bench SI-6-3 is used for make of hydraulic and pneumatic tests of valve according to followings:
1. Maximal clamping force is 270 ton.
2. Type of valves: Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Butterfly Valve, Plug Valve, Ball Valve.

4. Test bench is used for following operations:
- Shell test (strength test and hardness test) with water, maximum test pressure up to 700 bar (9975 psi); - Shell test (strength test and hardness test) with air, maximum test pressure up to 6 bar (85 psi);
- Seat test (leakage test) with water of seat, gland seal and gasket joint, maximum test pressure up to 700 bar (9975 psi);
- Seat test (leakage test) with air, maximum test pressure up to 6 bar (85 psi).
5.Test bench makes testing of valve according to standards: API 598, DIN EN 12266, ISO 5208, ASTM E 1003.
6. Type of valve connection: flange and welded (Please specify type of connection valves according to each DN valve).
7. Size of test pressure:
- Body test (strength test and hardness test) with water: pressure test = 1,5

- Seat test (leakage test) with water: pressure test = 1,1 x ŠN;
- Seat test (leakage test) with air: pressure test = 6 bar (85 psi).
8. Control of testing:
- At test with water - on manometer of pump station, on falling drops in dropper on pump station and visual;
- At test with air - on manometer of pump station, on device of indicator for measurement of leakages on pump station and visual.

- Loading/unloading of valve on test bench: manual OR your crane

Control panel has all necessary devices for measurement and control of testing (Please be informed that control panel is included in test bench).
Source of pressure (pump station) is included in test bench. Pump station used for creation of water and air pressure, for filling water of valves, for stepless control of outlet pressure, for automatic support of outlet pressure. Name of model is PGS.
