2. PGS is used for following operations:
- For water tests of valves and pressurized vessels up to 1050 bar (15000 psi);
- For pneumatic tests of valves and pressurized vessels is 6 bar (86 psi);
- For measurement of test results;
- For filling water of valves and pressurized vessels;
- For creation of water and air pressure;
- For stepless control of outlet pressure;
- For automatic support of outlet pressure.
3. PGS included:
- Air and water boosters;
- Control panel used for control of testing process (included monometers, gauges, warning indication, condensate collector, tubes, fittings );
- Measurement panel;
- Bed plate;
- Tubes;
- Filter of finely cleaned of water;
- Water separator of oil.
4. Control of testing:
- on manometer of pump station,
- on falling drops in dropper,
- visual.
5. Operating medium: water, oil.
5. Control panel has all necessary gauges for measurement and control of testing .
6. All metal details contacting with water are protected from corrosion.
7. Ambient temperature: +1 up to +40 � �.
8. You must need for test bench of following:
- Inlet air with pressure 4 up to 6 bar (57 up to 85 psi);
- Inlet water with pressure 1,5 bar (21 psi);
- We would like to recommend for you to have of Circulation water supply system volume 1000 liters, 1500 liters, and 5000 liters.
