MACHINES FOR AUTOMATIC WELDING DEPOSITION OF THE PARTS AND ELEMENTS OF THE PIPELINE VALVES DN 50...1200 мм (2…48") AND OTHER ITEMS

PURPOSE:

The machines are designed for automatic welding deposition of the sealing and other surfaces of the parts of the pipeline valves and other items under flux and/or in an atmosphere of shielding gas.

MODIFICATION:

All machines can either be designed for welding deposition in an atmosphere of shielding gas or under flux or have general-purpose modification.

EQUIPMENT ADVANTAGES:

• The general-purpose welding deposition head can be used with a wide range of Russian and international deposition materials (electrode wire or band).
• The mechanism of transverse oscillations of the electrode ensures single-pass deposition over the entire width of the sealing surface with the welding current not exceeding 500 A.
• The coordinate device allows us to fix the welding-deposited parts in three coordinates (tilt angle and location along the x and y axes).
• The machine for welding deposition in a shielding gas atmosphere is fitted out with forced cooling of the welding unit and a set of water-cooled welding burners with uniform connectors. This significantly improves the tool service life and reduces demand for fast wearing parts.
• The technology implemented in this equipment can ensure durability, wear, erosion, corrosion, and cavitation resistance with the deposited-layer hardness 27-51 HRC depending on the valves operation conditions.
• When requested, the control system of the welding-deposition machines can be based on an industrial controller for programmable specifying of the deposition parameters. In this case, the personnel qualification requirements are minimized and the quality-critical deposition regimes are stabilized by the feedback technology.
