• control valve adjustment to allow for the flow rate of the medium;

EQUIPMENT ADVANTAGES:

• The power hydraulic clamp operation without water (from the oil pump station) extends the bench life.
• The two-sided gate seal tests do not require the tested-valve rearrangement, which significantly reduces the test time.
• The bench is equipped with a special system for air removal from the tested item, which improves safety, productivity, reliability of the obtained data, and obviates the need for additional air drain.**
• The bench is equipped with the water-collection tray.
• The test preparation time is significantly reduced by using the high-pressure quick-connect hoses.
• The bench is quickly adjusted to allow for the face-to-face dimensions of a valve using the hydraulically driven cross-head.
• Tiltable cross-head is used to simplify the valve installation procedure before testing.
• All water-wetted parts are corrosion-proof.
• The tested valve clamping technique is used to ensure visual control of leakage points.
• The bench is equipped with replaceable blind flanges for testing non-flanged valves, which releases the operator from welding (lock-pin screwing) of the blind flanges to the pipes and saves up to 30 minutes of their replacement time.
• Quick clipping and centering of the tested item is ensured due to synchronized travel of the straps.
• The mounting and testing processes are fully automatic to facilitate the bench operation (reduced man-hours when working with large valves).
• Increased-diameter hoses reduce the time of the valve filling with the test medium.
