PKTBA  is No.1 pipeline valve repair and testing company in Russia in terms of production volume.

 Strong position of the PKTBA on the market is the result of continuous creative work of several generations. Today the company employs over 500 specialists. PKTBA has placed its facilities on an area of 11,508 м², which includes a new manufacturing shop opened in May 2007. Production facilities exceed 200 items of equipment.

RETROSPECT:

The company dates back to 1962. At that time, PKTBA was a Penza affiliate of Leningrad Central Valves Design Office and one of the leading valve designer for oil & gas industry, chemical plants, missiles and submarines, and manufacturer of equipment for valve production. PKTBA's experts were the USSR first specialists who started commercial production of pipeline valve repair and testing equipment.

 Over 60 talented engineers have been working at the PKTBA design department since the 1980's. Our products are developed by highly skilled experts using the KOMPAS-3D professional three-dimensional simulation system, which allows us to continuously upgrade and modify our range of products line and provide the customers with up-to-date innovative ideas.

 In the 1990's, unlike many other manufacturers, PKTBA reorganized its Service section into an independent Department, which allowed us to promptly conduct equipment servicing, installation supervision, and Customer personnel training.

 In 1999, it was decided to provide the PKTBA equipment, which is no longer produced, with lifetime technical support and spare parts supply.

 In 2007, a new production shop was put into operation and is now equipped with state-of-the-art processing facilities HARDING TALENT (USA).

 Today our products are fitted out with such high-quality imported components as MAXIMATOR (Germany), HANSA FLEX (Germany - Russia), CUPLA (Japan), CAMOZZI (Italy), EWM (Germany), LINCOLN ELECTRIC (USA), BOSCH (Germany) etc. and we effectively solve customer problems in the field of pipeline valve repair and testing. Our priorities are to provide the required service level and supply equipment fitted out with consumables, spare parts, tools, and accessories for the entire operating life of our products.
